Instead, it became very rude and made a huge disturbing scene about $4.19 directly to corporate.

I asked if they saw and admit sugar and the girl said yes. but they both tasted like an extremely daring coffee, and I love coffee taste (why I always order a simple icey coffee, but that was honestly so disgusting, I was super upset I had money on something I could absolutely not take more than 1 swallow. you should be ashamed

The actual Owner and Gm reached out to me about the incident????. Not only did they reach out to mebut actually met with me about the situation????ikr. Well to make this story as brief as possible... they listened to what I hadto say and how I felt about the experience and more than assured me that my future experiences with Dunkin Donuts would bedifferent. Any establishment that will go that extra mile to ensure the quality of service that 's being exuded is at its highestfor its customers can 't get anything lower than 5 stars from me. That level of dedication to its customers which contributes tothe success of the business is breath taking and was a refreshing experience. I thank you again and will continue to supportyour business.
