This was my first visit at all and I can also complain about the server, it took too long for him to come to our table, but it was the best burger I had eaten in a very long time I really enjoyed it. Our server never came back to ask us how everything was to get our own ketchup. I had to stand up to ask the server for a soda refill because he never died to refill. I live in Pa, so I don't go back to this place, but I'll try others. I gave it five because we both enjoyed our burgers and fries that they were delicious
Customer service is excellent here. Everyone was so polite. All servers helped each other without complaining. My son spilled his drink, a server helped me to wipe the mess while the other one drank it again.
