Nova’s Sushi And Grille - Greeneville

Great sushi and hibachi grill. Good was hot and tasty.

Every time we go the food seems to go downhill. Not sure if there is a new chef or what the problem is. Service has always been great until this last time. The last time we were there it was terrible. Wrong order we did not return it because it took so long to get it the 1st time we were served the wrong refill drink and the waitress had a bit of an attitude. We may give it one more try and see of things improve if not, it will be our last.

Nova's food never disappoints. Great food! I had the Surf Turf roll, and it was amazing! My only complaint with this establishment is that it was very cold in the restaurant. Thankfully, I had one of my husband's flannel shirts out in the car. But it was our 11 year wedding anniversary, and I wanted to look really nice for our dinner date. It's hard to look fabulous with an old flannel lol. I understand that it's probably that cold for the staff because they're working, but maybe they could find a common temperature that could accommodate both staff and customers.

Brian was my server Very knowledgeable about sushi and made some good recommendations the food was serverved properly and I even had a nice Sakai recommendation ?
