There were only three staff members working in the whole... read more During my lunch break, I was craving a chicken biscuit and fries, but my experience was disappointing. There were only three staff members working in the whole restaurant, and to make matters worse, the manager was visibly unwell, sneezing repeatedly. I seriously considered leaving, even though I had already paid for my meal. I ended up spending my entire half hour waiting for my order. I could understand it if the restaurant were busy, but there were only three customers ahead of me, while the drive-thru had a long line of frustrated customers complaining about the slow service. The bottom line is that if you don't have enough staff to meet customer demand, you shouldn't be open. It creates a negative impression when you can't serve customers promptly, especially those on a tight lunch schedule. Needless to say, I won't be coming back for lunch again.
