Bojangles' - Greeneville

I was on my lunch break and just wanted a chicken biscuit and fries, but unfortunately, there were only three staff members working in the entire restaurant. To make things worse, the manager was sick and sneezing constantly. I almost decided to leave, even though I had already paid for my meal. I ended up spending my entire half hour waiting for my order. I could understand if the place was busy, but there were only three people waiting, and the drive-thru had a long line of customers complaining about the slow service. The bottom line is, if you don't have enough staff to handle the demand, you shouldn't open. It reflects poorly on the restaurant when you can't serve customers in a timely manner, especially those on their lunch breaks. Needless to say, I won't be returning for lunch again.

For a restaurant that specializes in chicken, it's surprising how often they run out of it. Other chicken restaurants seem to manage just fine. Waiting 30 minutes for a fast food meal is unacceptable. They definitely need new management.

I went through the drive-thru and got a deal on steak biscuits—two for $4. They were delicious! The service was quick and efficient. I ordered the combo with the hash browns and coffee, and everything was fantastic.

Fast and friendly! Food was great! Great family meal when you need to feed a bunch of people. Many restaurants have forgotten how to treat customers and provide actual family meals . Bojangles has it right.

Waited 40 minutes on a curbside order. This is crazy to me coming from working in fast food restaurants before. On a positive note the food was hot and delicious. Please speed it up please?
