Description

This Greeneville Bojangles delivers hot, tasty chicken, value-driven combos and a clean, family-friendly atmosphere with generally friendly staff. Promotions and hearty family meals are highlights, but service can be inconsistent: lunch rushes, drive‑thru and curbside orders sometimes face long waits and occasional chicken shortages. For relaxed visits and families it’s a solid choice; time‑pressed customers should be prepared for possible delays.

I wouldn't suggest spending your time at this restaurant. This isn't my first experience here, and regrettably, I found myself disappointed once again. After leaving the drive-thru, I decided to head to Zaxby's instead, where I enjoyed an excellent lunch. While I was there, I saw at least five other cars either driving away from the drive-thru or having to pull over and wait for their orders.

I have been working here for almost a year, and we have truly turned this place around.

Quick and welcoming service! The food was delicious! It's the perfect spot for a family meal when you have a crowd to feed. Many places have lost the touch when it comes to customer care and offering genuine family-style meals, but Bojangles nails it.

I waited 40 minutes for a curbside order, which is quite surprising given my experience working in fast food. On the bright side, the food was hot and tasty. Please try to speed up the service!

During my lunch break, I was craving a chicken biscuit and fries, but my experience was disappointing. There were only three staff members working in the whole restaurant, and to make matters worse, the manager was visibly unwell, sneezing repeatedly. I seriously considered leaving, even though I had already paid for my meal. I ended up spending my entire half hour waiting for my order. I could understand it if the restaurant were busy, but there were only three customers ahead of me, while the drive-thru had a long line of frustrated customers complaining about the slow service. The bottom line is that if you don't have enough staff to meet customer demand, you shouldn't be open. It creates a negative impression when you can't serve customers promptly, especially those on a tight lunch schedule. Needless to say, I won't be coming back for lunch again.
