Happy hour is only honored online and you have to pay for it online which means us cash ppl are screwed. Does Sonic not like money? Also no more free Rt.44 drink receipts for completing survey. Other than that it's 5 star.
I can't express enough how thrilled I am with the outstanding service provided by Jroge at Sonic Drive-In. Almost every morning around 8 AM, his friendly demeanor and quick service genuinely impress me. He is the perfect carhop, consistently hurrying out orders to every customer with a smile. His commitment to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience is truly commendable. It's always a pleasure to see him bring my food to my car during my morning drink stops, and he always says, "My pleasure!" His efficiency, combined with his warm and welcoming attitude—especially as the weather gets cooler—sets a remarkable standard for customer service. In a world where great service can be hard to find, he shines as a prime example of what exceptional service should be. Sonic Drive-In is lucky to have such a dedicated and friendly team member. Ordered via the app and the food was delivered within a few minutes after arriving.
This location has let us down for the second consecutive time by forgetting items from our order. It's our fault for not double-checking the bag, but this time it was my son's five-piece chicken that was missing. Given the prices, it's simply unacceptable to have any items left out. I feel like I've lost $8 on this visit. I won't be coming back to this location, and I hope I can also persuade my wife to stop visiting as well.
