It was impeccably clean inside and the speed of service from ordering to receiving our food was among the quickest I've experienced in a while. They had to prepare our crinkle fries, but they were definitely worth the wait.

I was excited to try their new mobile ordering, so I placed an order through the app and arrived at the drive-thru at the scheduled time. I told the attendant I had a mobile order, and she asked me to pull up to the window. But as I was leaving, she told me I needed to go inside to pick up my order. I couldn’t help but laugh—surely this wasn’t serious. I get if they were busy, but there were no other customers inside or in the drive-thru at that time. I'm confused why Arby's has a mobile ordering system that feels less convenient than competitors'. For now, I don’t plan to spend money there again until things improve. Wishing them the best.
