Tonight, I went in to buy a bottle of wine. It was a tough day. Vanessa checked me out in the wine and spirits area, and was so authentic, and caring, and somehow managed (in the 2 minute interaction we had), completely turned my day around. I am not a coffee drinker. But my daughter loves it. A little slow sometimes, but my daughter says it is worth the wait.
Just had an experience with a rude employee. Won’t be back.
