Timing was quick without feeling rushed. Definitely will be back when we are in town.

Unfortunately our experience wasn't an... read more My friend and I were in town for an event a few weeks ago. This place had solid ratings so we thought we'd give it a try. Unfortunately our experience wasn't an echo or most of the positive ratings that proceed this one. Once we we were sat, it took more time than it should have for our server to come back with more water and to see if we were ready to order. Upon taking a quick survey around the room to gauge how busy the place was, it was evident that it wasn't more than usual (were still empty tables). Our server seemed to be very dismissive of us and almost felt like we were a burden. She didn't say anything outwardly rude, but her body language and lack of attention to us was evident. I've worked in the service industry and understand we all have off days, but it's important to not take it out on the guests. It was even more upsetting when we saw that her other tables were getting more smiles and service than we were. I would give this place 2 stars but the food was good so I will give 3. Overall, I'm certain M's is nice and maybe if we went again, we'd have a better experience. With the amount of positive ratings they have to be doing something right. However, for my friend and me, and this being our first time, time wasn't the most pleasant overall visit.
