Mcdonald's - Green Cove Springs

I will say they have excellent customer service!! My complaint would be that I am here several times and their system and mobile app are not connected. But I always come back because their food is actually quality and fresh. Better than any other McDonald's in Clay County

This MCD site was always great service and high-quality food. I live closer to another location in Fleming Island, as there were no good experiences with Green Cove Springs FL. Thanks to the exception recently order Burger at the mobile app order was not properly made as my burger was ordered with only salad and Mayo! It's disgusting soup ketchup pickle Mayo and pickles. It was still fresh! Maria

At first I had to wait for my order, then they brought out the wrong order. So I pulled the drive back so they could fix it. They went over our whole order to make new so it was freshly hot therefore the 4 stars!

I was just there for a diet of Cola and a normal coke. They tasted good so that it was good! Drive-Thru. It was polite and efficient.

Generally they are pretty quick but could probably benefit from more help when it gets busy. Located on US17, they stay pretty busy. Nice and clean interior and exterior, they appear to care about appearances. The food has never been old or dated but they do run out of ice occasionally (at the drink station). Easy access from southbound 17 and easy re-entry to 17 in either direction from the northern side road.
