Burger King - Green Cove Springs

My food was fresh and delicious, the GM definitely turned this place

Place is horrible went yesterday n they got order wrong 2 times and there a very lazy staff service is slow probably will never go again til they get a better staff I'm sorry but not sorry this place is disgusting ok I'm just adding on to this old review it's now August 3 I went again tonight because I thought they got new staff but went to drive threw tonight he asked me to hold for a second and 5 mins later still never came BK to speaker cars was starting to pile and he never came so left and went to Hardee's wich wasn't much better but atleast they took our order. Burger King is gonna get someone really sick. this place needs reported to department of health. There is no reason ur hamburgers should taste like fish it's really weird n every time I eat here I get sick when customer says no ketchup and u do it anyways I have a health issue with acid reflux and certain things like ketchup can al. Ost put you in the hospital right next to spicey.

Always slow. Orders always wrong. Food tastes like old grease. Wasted whole lunch for the wrong order every time.

Rude service at the drive through and got my order wrong along with chicken of fries. I always try to give this burger king many chances but after going there multiple times and giving too many benefits of the doubt, I have to finally give this 1 star review.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever experienced. We order from the drive thru. We had to separate our own food. The onion rings were cold, so I took the onion rings back in. One manager was sitting in the booth on her phone. The second manager was leaning up against the fry station on her phone. I was there a good 3 or 4 minutes before the manager in the booth yelled across the restaurant calling the girls name and the girl yells what as rude as can be. She didn't even care that I was standing there. So she walks over and I asked for fresh onion rings. There was no I apologize for that or I'm sorry let me make you fresh ones. The manager stays in the booth for a while talking on the phone. I had to wait a good 10 to 15 minutes for onion rings. When I finally got the food there was nothing. I said have a good night and the lady walked away. The employees at night really do not want to be there and the sad part it shows how they treat customers.
