Feedback
This is INCREDIBLE. From waiting personnel to food quality, atmosphere and authenticity. I felt like a license. The food. Oh, my lord, the food... I visited a wedding reception and we had endless hors d'oeuvres that (but not limited to) contain several possibilities of fish, caviar, seafood, red meat, cheese, bread and vegetables. The interior is modern industrial and uses original architecture from the building, which includes red bricks, old school wood floors and much more. The atmosphere is equipped with esophagus with a warm temperature that gives a romantic/relaxing/aged feeling. The owner/cook delivered food HIMSELF, and was incredibly humble and polite for the guests. He evaluated our feedback and loved to see the joy we received from tasting his creations. That was the hand down without a question the best wedding place I've ever been. I'll consider it for my own wedding!
Chris is one of the most charming and cool individuals you'll ever meet. He took excellent care of us after we recently filmed a TV show at his restaurant. The place has an amazing rustic vibe, and there's a fantastic private members' lounge upstairs. The food he prepared for us was nothing short of spectacular! The ramen was the best I’ve ever had, and the hard-boiled egg inside was perfectly cooked—truly the best medium-boiled egg I've experienced. The pork belly was both crispy and tender, akin to delicious bacon. I can’t wait to return to Green Bay, hang out with Chris, and enjoy more fantastic meals at his restaurant.
Nothing else quite compares. This wasn't just a meal and seminar; it was a complete experience. The building is stunning, the service was exceptional, and the food was truly outstanding.
