During our last visit, we began with the oysters (fantastic), followed by lobster corn dogs (incredible), then enjoyed duck (very good), meatballs (some of the best I've ever tasted), scallops (absolutely amazing), and finished with passion fruit semi freddo. The only minor critique I could mention is that I wished the duck had been a bit crispier. The quality of food here easily competes with the best restaurants in Wisconsin, such as Sanford's, c1880, or Ardent—just spectacular dishes. If they were open to the public every week, I would definitely be here weekly. If you see that they are open on a Wednesday night, don’t hesitate—just go!
I really enjoyed the concept of this restaurant! I kept an eye on their online menu for the Build Your Own Poke Bowl, and I was excited when it returned. Coming from California, I was surprised to find trout in my poke, but I actually thought it was quite delicious. I would have liked a bit more fish, but the variety of toppings made up for it. The wakame and sauces were also good. The staff was very friendly and brought the food right to my car during the quarantine. Just send a text when you're on your way or when you arrive; you might have to wait a few minutes while they prepare it fresh, but it's worth it!
We were excited to finally try this unique restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful and because you can watch the staff cook in front of you, the air was buzzing with energy. Because the menu changes every time they open, I won't go into the food too much. Just know that every plate we ordered was scrumptious. We couldn't believe how tasty everything was. One plate better than the next. We even saved room for dessert too. We were stuffed to the gills but our tastebuds were so happy. We had to keep reminding ourselves that we weren't in a big city. We were in lil' Green Bay! If I had to say anything about the place, I'd say to make sure you have reservations. It gets packed. And although the chef appeared to have a bit of an ego (you could see him scolding his staff whenever someone made a mistake) his food almost earns him the right. Almost. Five stars for food, atmosphere, and wait/cook staff. Minus one star for arrogance.
