Description

Tucked in downtown Green Bay, this two-level gastro-lounge dazzles with inventive smoked and craft cocktails, polished service and live music. Shareable seafood and beautifully plated dishes — lobster ravioli, seafood pasta and scallops — often impress, though seasoning and doneness can be inconsistent and some plates run salty or over-spiced. Prices lean high for portions that prioritize quality over quantity. Occasional staffing problems, unpredictable hours and reports of rowdy activity outside temper the experience; ideal for cocktails, date nights and small groups.

The restaurant was closed even though Open Table had accepted our reservation. We noticed a sign indicating that they were having difficulty finding staff. From outside, we could see inside the restaurant; the tables were in disarray, and the floors were torn up.

I made a reservation through their website, but when we arrived, the restaurant was empty and locked up. Fortunately, we discovered a fantastic little wine bar nearby called Aardvark, where the staff took great care of us! They mentioned that the owner had also made a reservation a couple of weeks earlier and had the same experience. It seems like this place closed abruptly without updating their online information.

We decided to check this place out after getting a recommendation from a local bartender. Our group of three ordered a variety of dishes to try, and we were certainly pleased with our choices. The seafood pasta stood out as the best dish, while the chicken thighs were a very close second. The beet salad was tasty, the shrimp cocktail featured large shrimp that were lightly seasoned and paired with a zesty sauce. The burger was also exceptional. However, the lobster ravioli was only mediocre. The drinks were fantastic, and the service was top-notch. We'll definitely be back!

We went for a dinner with 4 people and found that the food, service and cocktails were some of the best we’ve had in the area. Highly recommend the burrata and lobster ravioli. The food had well developed flavor and beautiful presentation. We ended up sharing most dishes which worked well. We stopped down at the lower level for cocktails after dinner and there was live music! Great spot for a date night

Four of us went on a Saturday evening for dinner before a concert. bartenders were excellent and the drinks were great. The dinner was not so great for the price we paid. First off, the menu is confusing, with small, medium and large plates. You don 't really know how much you will be getting under each name. I ordered a small oyster appetizer, and it was small for the price, two very small oyster with some sauce and a jalapeno slice for $10.00. My wife 's lobster ravioli tasted like it was microwaved and there was barely any lobster. My half pound hamburger was blah and I don 't think it was a half pound. Our server was nice, but I asked for some condiments and didn 't get them until we finished our meal. Our friends both said there meal was so-so but they would not be coming back.
