What Антонина Вулетић doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
We didn’t receive our appetizer. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal but our server Ashley did not once check on us. She took our order and brought our drinks but that was all. We watched her continually check on other tables and ask them how things were, even looked at us multiple times but ignored us as if we weren’t her table. We couldn’t even get her attention to tell her we needed the appetizer taken off our bil... View all feedback.
The menu is fantastic for both adults and children. The service is excellent, and the staff at Chili truly makes for a wonderful experience!
Delicious ribs, fries, and cheeseburgers! If you have Ashley as your server, consider yourself fortunate—she's fantastic!

Definitely not a fan at all. Our first trip will be our last. Ordered chips and salsa with a bowl of soup for my meal. I think I got the bottom of the bag for chips, as the majority were pieces so small you really couldn't dip them in the salsa. Soup came out cold. Ok, so time to pay. We were dining with friends, so we needed a bill to be split. Waiter never said a word about the bill or how to pay it on the machine. (Which would have been great since we had never been here before). So, after waiting quite a while and server didn't come back, I went to ask the bartender. She was more than a bit rude to me, like I was interrupting her time on her phone or something. I don't do rude people, and I definitely don't think it's too much to ask to have hot food. Probably at least a thousand other places to eat where we wouldn't have these issues.
I'd give this Chili's a zero if possible. My older sister came to visit from across the country and wanted to go get food with me and my mom so we went to this Chili's. The food took a bit but we came in at a busy time and the food was decent. We had a great time but what happened after is what caused me to be disappointed. I just turned 21 a few months ago and I forgot my Wisconsin ID at home so I used my Oneida tribal ID. The server refused to serve me dessert and alcoholic drinks since I did not have a state ID. I told him that the Chili's was on Oneida land and I was using a tribal ID (an Oneida ID no less! so I did not see the problem and that it was against Wisconsin law to not accept a tribal ID and he said he didn't care and I needed to leave. I showed him the law where it said it was illegal to not accept a tribal ID and asked to speak with a manager and he said that his manager would respond the same way and I needed to go. I was humiliated in front of the other diners at one of the busiest times of day and in front of my sister who I rarely see too. I was astonished because I can access my bank account and use my tribal ID to fly yet Chili's wouldn't accept it? We went out for drinks elsewhere but I am still immensely disappointed in the service at this Chili's. You need to educate your employees better especially when a great deal of your customers are Native Americans.
