I've never had a bad experience here. Always stellar customer service whether inside or at the drive thru. I'm a big fan of the chocolate espresso bean they add (optional! to your hot drink!

Huge fan of Ziggis but this location specifically?Very Very slow. Waited almost 20 min for a cake pop and a drink? are you kidding???. Barley anyone was in line. The lady looked very confused and stressed but when I got my drink it came out with so many pink things just floating around?? I always get the same drink and it?s never looked like this. Do better. will not be coming back to this specific location.

Baristas are always friendly, polite, and engaging with the customers. They are knowledgeable about their options. The coffeeshop has always been clean and inciting every time I've been in there. The rewards program is accessible through their app, and it gives you the option of loading funds to your app or paying yourself. I love the fact that there are options available to my dietary needs and it's never been a hassle to get a coffee that I'm going to enjoy from start to finish. Ziggi's has become my favorite place to treat myself for coffee!

I used to get iced caramel macchiatos from Starbucks but now it just tastes like flavored 1% milk. So you have to request 4 extra shots of espresso just to get it to taste like something. Which costs a pinky toe, btw. I finally gave up. But today I got one from Ziggis and I am so thankful I did! It tastes like perfect macchiato and even comes in 32 oz if you are really motivated to get stuff done. I love the compostable straws here, too. I use their punch card but I think they have an app, too. Employees are always kind and I never feel like they are rolling their eyes at me behind the headset. Ha! The Gold Rush Cold Brew is fantastic, too!
