Wendy's - Greeley
Wendy's
Description
Dining at a local fast-food establishment can evoke a spectrum of emotions, reflecting both the food and the service. Unfortunately, reviews reveal a disappointing trend at one particular Wendy's in Greeley, CO, where patrons have encountered cold meals, errant orders, and a concerning lack of responsiveness from management. Despite a friendly demeanor from some staff, inconsistencies in food quality and customer service overshadow moments of warmth. While some enjoy the inviting atmosphere and community spirit, frequent diners express frustration over wasted money and a decline in food standards. Overall, potential customers may want to tread carefully before visiting.

We sampled the jalapeño chicken, and it was delicious! The fries were also great. We’ll definitely return!
I asked the teenage girl with the huge bun on top of her head for extra ranch and honey mustard. she really looked me in my eyes and handed me a single ranch and a single honey mustard. maybe if she spent more time on customer service and less time on teasing her hair, more customers would be happy. run me my honey mustard sis.
Not sure if they got a whole new crew, they’ve always been fast and orders were perfect. But I had to eat there twice this week and both times my sandwich was wrong and they gave me the wrong drink this time and a little tiny cup. When you order an asiago ranch sandwich you would think they know that ranch is white not orange, whatever that sauce is! Hopefully it gets back to the way it was.
This venue is not just a place to go. It is a place to be part of the community. They are available for reservations and have regular hours as well. Whether it is just a few friends or upto 130 people! The owners dont just have games to play, they teach you how to play.Grab a friend, grab a snack and have a blast!
So sad the money we spend on food and end up with a bad meal and management doesn't even care. Went to Wendy's on 10th street Greeley, CO. Sat night around 10:30. Wanted another place but hubby and I both wanted chili so decided to go to Wendy's. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, a small frosty and a chili. Hubby ordered chili and a sweet tea. The chicken sandwich was cold due to the bun feeling like it just came out of the fridge. The fries were cold and the chili was burnt and so thick it was like eating paste. Called and talked to the manager who said we could come back and get our money back. It was late and hubby had just gotten off work. I told her that we were not driving all the way there again. She said we could talk with the General Manager Cristy and see what she could do. I agreed. She was there but busy so the manager asked if she could call me back the next day. I told her that would be fine. She gave me her name and said General Manager Cristy would call me the next day. Well needless to say it is Thursday morning and we have never heard from anyone. I know she had the phone number because the manager repeated it back to me. They were slow when my husband went to pick up the food and the manager had even said there had only been 3 customers since my husband. Why is it that managers and general managers don't care about the customers anymore. With prices of things being so high it is sad that when we pay for something that it is so bad we have to throw it away. $21.00 wasted. Don't waste your money on this restaurant because if they mess up or your meal is bad you are stuck with it and the store doesn't care.
