Panera is fantastic! The staff is friendly, and there’s soft classical music playing in the background, along with a charming little fireplace that's perfect for snowy days. It's an ideal spot to catch up with a friend over lunch or to treat someone special to a delightful breakfast.

First, the staff was very nice. If that's all it took to make a restaurant great, they would be five star.Everyone is short handed right now, and I get that. We went thru the drive thru, and it took 25 minutes to get our food. My chicken soup was hot, but disproportionately more water than anything else. Is was like they were stretching the pot and there was barely any chicken or noodles. The French bread was outstanding.My wife's Flatbread was cold, like it had been sitting for 10 minutes or more before we got to the window as we ate right away. She said it was OK tasting, just cold and Flatbread is better hot and crunchy.Normally, this is a pretty decent place. They just need some help coordinating the drive thru timing, and maybe keeping the soup stocked better.
Always excellent! It's a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it! The broccoli and cheddar soup is my favorite.
We were pleased with the service, the promptness, and the quality of our food during our visit last evening. The fireplace was especially comforting after coming in from the cold weather outside. I would definitely return just for that broccoli-cheese soup!
