Panda Express - Greeley
Panda Express
Description
While some patrons rave about the deliciousness of signature dishes like orange chicken and Beijing beef, there are growing concerns regarding practices at the establishment. The use of polystyrene containers is particularly troubling due to health risks associated with heated food. Many guests have noted portion sizes lacking in protein, raising eyebrows over recent price increases. Additionally, management's aggressive approach towards charitable donations has turned off some customers. Yet, a few experiences highlight exemplary customer service, as staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate late diners and assist with payment logistics. The restaurant remains a divided experience for many.

Some unacceptable treatment today. I don't even care that we weren't served right away, which we didn't even get served even though there were people who could have served us. (We eventually just left). I can't believe everyone would just look us in the eyes, ignore us to our face when we tried to make contact. Like its fine if you would rather talk gossip with your crew mate or whatever (after the fact you just did that) . Just show some respect at least. We even partnered with this establishment for delivery services. On this very day. That isn't right. I hope management calls everyone in who was working on this date.
Seriously..just came back from a long trip did not want to cook) .. I thought I would give them another chance because the staff in the past was friendly. Unfortunately, every time I go to this place, something is left out, wrong made, it's too long old to sit down) or you're out of something. this time they were made of hot mustard packages.no biggie. but the mixed super-greens did not taste right, the sosse was like pure maize starch too much oil without salt / spicy and really soggy. yuck) I am looking forward to the odours in the kung pao chicken that really does the court) but there were no odours in it. whoever. the girl that gave me my food was very friendly/smiling.so...I gave a 2 for it. I just needed to write an evaluation because I rarely eat money. $10 wasted..not worth going to this place.
Panda Express never fails to disappoint. Their signature orange chicken is absolutely delicious and it's easy to see why it's their most popular dish. I am also a big fan of the Bejing Beef, which is also quite tasty. They have a meal size to fit any appetite and they give you nice portions as well. The pricing is a little on the high side but still reasonable considering the amount of food they give you. I had to take away a star because their drive thru is hit or miss. Sometimes it's nice and fast, other times, it can be as slow as molasses. I have seen people pull out of line at times, due to the slowness. If they can work that out, I will gladly give them 5 stars. That stated, I still recommend giving them a try.
The food is good, though the portions are smaller than what we're used to in Arizona. The service is friendly.
I waited in my car for about 20 minutes. I was told the order wasn’t ready and that I needed to park in front of the house. When I finally went inside to pick up the order, I was surprised at how small the box was—it seemed considerably smaller than expected. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Very disappointing.
