I saw how workers drink from the cups and then stir the food without gloves. you know his face then torn kartoffels in a bowl. the mac and the cheese taste as it was made in the same batch as the mais and the cob. usually eat pretty good, not today! -10

She said it was only a straw which was ok she was excited about the straw! I then gave the order and asked about the straw at the window. This woman came over and stated I 'm the one who took your order and you said she wanted the popcorn chicken. Well I have very bad eyesight and couldn 't see that the prize was KFC and not A W. She literally should be trained on customer service. I said whatever and drove off. I haven 't been there in over 10 years and it will be at least that long before I go back. I 'll drive to Eaton before I go there again.I tried to call for over 30 minutes because she didn 't get a drink with her kids meal either No answer. It kept dropping the call and I kept calling back. Never got through...Suggestion KFC A W: if a plastic swirly straw is something to lose a customer over oh well might think of adding them to all kids meals...So over customer service these days. Train your helpers people...

When I finally got my food, I had ordered an 8-piece meal, but the chicken was rubbery, greasy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The manager was understanding enough to issue a refund, but asked me to provide a photo to prove how bad the chicken was. This raises health concerns. I could only bring myself to take two bites.
