I'm excited and asked for my money back. my children were hungry and I was ready to deal with this situation. I'll never come back and tell everyone I know how bad this is.

My husband and I visited this location on Sunday 4/3 for a late lunch and got the famous bowl and chicken tenders. We were asked what sauces we wanted, bbq and... read more My husband and I visited this location on Sunday 4/3 for a late lunch and got the famous bowl and chicken tenders. We were asked what sauces we wanted, bbq and ranch, when we got to the window, we learned regular bbq costed extra vs honey, which was annoying, but we delt with it. Fast forward to the evening, I started to not feel so well, and from about 9 pm until 7 am the next morning, I was sick to my stomach with food poisoning from the chicken tenders. I know it was the tenders because my husband didn't get sick and he only had the famous bowl, and i had the tenders. I did call and let them know of the issue on Tuesday, but the manager was not on staff that evening. I've not heard from them since. I will NOT be going back, and I do not recommend anyone else to go either unless you want stuff coming from both ends.

When I finally got... read more I had the worst experience at this KFC. I waited 20 minutes for my order while the employee at the window seemed to just be standing around. When I finally got my food, I had ordered an 8-piece meal, but the chicken was rubbery, greasy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The manager was understanding enough to issue a refund, but asked me to provide a photo to prove how bad the chicken was. This raises health concerns. I could only bring myself to take two bites.
