Chipotle Mexican Grill - Greeley

They have pollo asado all over the TV none at this location. Then I get the chicken they h.ave it's ice cold. The person making the food doesn't know what he was doing. Now instead of enjoying my food I'm warming it up like leftovers

It's real hit or miss here, the location sucks unless you live in Garden City, parking sucks but it's kept clean and the staff is usually pretty friendly. Because it's the only Chipotle in Greeley, it can get really really busy during peak hours.

Horrible customer service. Don't go to this location, just read the reviews below! Manager doesn't care either, I have to file a complaint with corporate unfortunately.

Unsanitary and Staff lacks sense of urgency! I placed my order at 8 to be picked up and ready by 8:20 on the app. I get there and my foods not ready so I had to wait like extra 20min for an order I placed before showing up. The restaurant wasn't even busy so it shouldn't have taken that long. I was one of about three people waiting for their online order that should've been ready when we got there. The place was filthy Food was everywhere. I get my order and it was wrong. Half of my bowl was filled with cilantro which I didn't ask for and it has an overpowering flavor that made it hard to eat. I never asked for veggies, or red sauce but I got it anyway. Very disappointed in service and lack of urgency from staff. Do better!

As far as Chipotles go this one gets a meh, the beef is either dead on and great or super chewy clumpy extra fat and bland it really doesn't have it in between it's either horrible or average Chipotle so three stars is the best this place gets
