The burgers and fries were good, but the floor was sticky. When I tried to use the restroom it was locked so I think they had like, a homeless person problem or something. But when I was walking back to my table, this raggedy guy with a beard and a worn out jacket told me that the code was 0101 so they may want to change that code if that's true because their may or may not be homeless people in there... This location uses the cash for customer service consistently. I am always satisfied with the setting and the demeanor of the crew. the big man with the goateee (sorry that I don't know their names, I'm pretty sure he's manager) is always a pleasure to see. many thanks for setting the bar high in greeley
The kids working here are irresponsible and take advantage of no management being around ever. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 meals in their lobby. Watched 4 different orders after me get served right away. One of the kids even had his family come in and guess how fast that order came out? Almost immediately. Twice i went to the counter to ask about my order and they said We 're working on it . When it finally came they tried to apologize with free cookies. I don 't care about those, I care about the high school students taking over this place. Where is management? Why is this acceptable? I do not recommend this location ever. I like the restaurant but these guys really put me off of it for a while.

Called twice in a week to find out about a certain item and ordering. They dont pick up the phones. Out of lobby customers are important too!
