My biggest gripe is that the shredded beef has absolutely no seasoning in it. It's just wet, hot beef. I couldn't even finish my meal once I ran out of lettuce, cheese and tomatoes because the beef alone didn't have even so much as basic salt and pepper sprinkled in it.The staff are very friendly but it takes forever to get your order taken and even longer to get it once you ordered. We were second in line when we arrived and it took about 10 minutes before we could place our order and another 10 minutes to get our food.The floors, walls and ceiling are pretty dirty. The ceiling especially around the air vents is covered in dirt and dust and there's no barrier whatsoever preventing that dirt and dust from falling into the cooking area and food prep area. It doesn't really inspire confidence that the cooking surfaces or any other surfaces are very clean.It wasn't the worst Mexican food I've had in Colorado but it's not a place I'll ever return to for a meal.
I have been coming here since they opened. Great food at a reasonable price.Vegetarian options: My wife is a vegetarian and she loves their Navajo Taco with no meat and cheese enchiladas.
Need to update their hours on Google. They are closed on Sundays and sign on the door says that they only do breakfast burritos on Saturdays.

The food is just down right yummy! Very consistent with the food, so you know you're getting the same food quality each time! The staff is always busy preparing food, but they have fun at the time!
