They are guaranteed to get you order wrong.Had to tell the girl... read more I go to this one regularly and the Ridge Rd location, quite honestly save your trip to this one. They are guaranteed to get you order wrong.Had to tell the girl at the check out 3 times what my order was when I got to the window. Unfortunately she argued with me that the medium iced coffee she was trying to pass me was a large, until another co-worker confirmed she was wrong.Then I received the completely wrong bagel (received a sandwich instead of just a toasted bagel) and went back to correct it but was told my order was correct.Save yourself the headache, no one here wins the Tim Horton's Employee of the Month, it shows that they do not care about their customers.
