The General Manager, a baker, and another team member took... read more We brought eight Girl Scouts (2nd 6th graders) in tonight for the Panera Bakers in Training program. The General Manager, a baker, and another team member took such great care of us as our troop learned about baking bread, sampled items, and decorated heart shaped cookies. The staff was attentive, kept the girls interested and engaged, and the food was, as always, incredible! Three families stayed for dinner and the two others took take out home. They mailed... read more About a week or so ago I ordered pickup through the panera app. My order was all sorts of incorrect. I called, and the customer service was amazing! They mailed me coupons for a free meal and for some free drinks, AND the manager offered to walk over my correct meal (because I work in the mall) for free. I turned it down, but I really appreciate the offer, and awesome customer support!

I wasn't a fan o... read more I had lunch there today and ordered a turkey, bacon, and cheese sandwich on a unique type of bread that had a hint of tomato and other flavors. I wasn't a fan of the bread's taste, but that's just my personal preference. I also wish they had crisped up the bacon—it was cold and quite rubbery, making it hard to chew. I ended up having to remove most of it from the sandwich.

I ordered a pick 2 with soup and a grilled cheese, but the grilled cheese didn’t appear to be grilled at all. Additionally, my husband’s teriyaki chicken bowl was a very small portion. I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

I only received decaf coffee, and it was cold. Eventually, I got regular coffee after they prepared it. The soup was also cold, and I had to microwave it myself after searching for the hidden microwave under the coffee bar. I was never offered the option to upgrade my meal or choose my sides. The chicken salad was bland. This café used to be good, but my last few visits have been disappointing. I even had to interrupt a conversation among the staff just to get assistance.
