Absolutely the best KFC in Greece! The managers and staff here are fantastic. You couldn't ask for a better KFC experience. If all KFC locations operated like this one, the brand would dominate the market. I want to thank everyone at this location for an excellent experience and delicious food!

There was no one else in the drive-thru, yet they still forgot my order and charged me extra for mashed potatoes. It was really frustrating!

I absolutely love the food at this restaurant! It’s always fresh, and the chicken is consistently juicy. Whether I choose the new nuggets, which are incredible with honey mustard, or stick with the regular chicken or a pot pie—which happens to be one of my favorites—I’m always satisfied. Delicious!

Just tonight, on my way home from work, I ordered a large fries but received a portion that was not full, along with a bunch of chicken bits mixed in. Additionally, they forgot to include my sauces, which I had paid for, but I didn't realize the issue with the fries until I got home. I tried to call them, but no one answered. Their customer support is virtually non-existent; they do nothing to resolve the issues they create and seem to get upset when you bring it up. Their typical response is simply to say, "sorry about that" in reviews or to insist I'm wrong when I speak to them in person or over the phone. I really want to continue coming here since it’s the only KFC nearby, but that manager—who receives numerous complaints in other reviews—makes each visit a frustrating experience.

I ordered from the drive-thru again, and once more, I found myself disappointed. There always seems to be something that doesn't go right. This time, it was the portion size. Previously, I've encountered problems with the staff's attitude as well as missing items from my order.
