However, the new wrap was just rotting a... read more This McDonalds is underground. I ordered a curry wrap and got a balsamic wrap. After a complaint the wrap was replaced. However, the new wrap was just rotting away. Impossible to eat this wrap normally. (See photo) When I reassembled this it said “it’s your own fault”. Incredible behavior!

I was completely ignored as a cash payer. The staff were extremely rude and unwilling to sell anything to the customers. I left hungry and without ordering anything. Perhaps Burger King is happy about satisfied customers.

I don't expect good quality from a McDonald's, but at least consistently mediocre quality. The only thing that seems to be systematic here is: bad service for €65, which is hardly a bargain (forgotten 9 piece nuggets, no ketchup, one Big Mac missing) a completely dirty atmosphere (from the tables to the trays to the restroom) poor quality (half hot food totally soggy fries and a totally cold wrap) But maybe it's also a very interesting system with every larger order, I simply forget about 10% of the total order, which is 10% more pure profit... anyone who thinks otherwise is a scoundrel!

But the service... Something's missing from every, literally EVERY order...I've been paying extra attention to the last 5 orders. Either an entire meal is missing...very annoying, of course, at the drive-thru...because we only noticed it when we got home...since then, they've always checked, and something's always missing, either the burger or fries and sauces...really EVERY TIME!!!! With the second-to-last order, we had a piece of iron from the milkshake machine in our drink...when we called...they laughed and said we should bring it in the next few days because they needed it...no apology. Only when we got there were we handed two Big Mac vouchers...that's all they had!!!! That didn't even cover the gas...not to mention the disgusting factor/time wasted... And just now, this happened on Friday...we were eating at the restaurant and had delivery to our table. And what a surprise... the 9-piece Chicken McNuggets were missing from one of the meals... after repeated discussions and showing the receipt that they were missing, they were brought! Then we reordered ice cream and a milkshake... but, no surprise there, the milkshake was missing a straw, of course... so we were able to go ahead again... I can only advise everyone to always check their order carefully... especially at the drive-thru...!!!!!! It's extremely expensive these days, so you can at least expect to get what you ordered and, above all, what you paid for...
