I could give zero stars, I would do that too!

We were assigned a room in a separate building about 200... read more October 9, 2023 I had pre-booked a room that was handicapped accessible because a walker was necessary! We were assigned a room in a separate building about 200 m from the inn on a side street. Although this room was accessible via a ramp, it was by no means adequate for disabled people!!! Very low beds, normal low toilet, shower with a high entry etc, etc.! Another point: The house and therefore also the room was completely cool and it felt damp. There was also no way to adjust the heating! Price 114€ per night! During my pre-order it was also not indicated that the room was in a separate building. But the restaurant including breakfast couldn't inspire us either! All in all not recommended!
