Tim Hortons - Greater Sudbury

Always look forward to stop for eats going down south and on our way back. We do this run 3-4times a year

What is your rule on friends can get served before a customer that stood in line for over 10 min. Buddy wasnt a Skip driver . Employee from Tims said to me he is a regular customer .

Zero customer service, window girl did even respond over greeting, made weird face while giving order, time reference 7:45 am to 8 am on 28th feb. unacceptable behaviour.

Tim's is alright, I prefer Country Style. The issue is that Tim's gets orders wrong lots of times. Their sandwiches used to be bigger, and they had more selection.

Tim Hortons tends to favor the drive thru...as a walk in customer..you must wait at times.
