Lot 88 Steakhouse - Greater Sudbury

Had a very nice dinner out on the patio. Bugs were not existent but did come out once it started getting dark. Food was very good. Table had the smoked beef rib, salmon on the stone, grilled rib steak, and the shrimp pad Thai. Everything was very good. Waitress was very good.

The menu had a wide choice, so there would be something for everyone, including vegetarians. We opted for the restaurant's specialty, cooking on a hot stone one steak, one salmon. I think the steak was maybe more successful than the salmon, but the steak was fabulous in quality and taste. The accompanying vegetables/salads were also great. I'd definitely go back.

Filet mignon was good, tried both on the stone and grilled versions, both were tasty and well seasoned.Very disappointed with chicken fettuccine, creamy but not cheesy, greens were overcooked and had turned yellowed. portion was way over taken by the side of garlic bread, otherwise its barely enough for an adult.

The hot stone steak is what they are known for and its a good experience overall. service was good and enjoyed the dinnerFood: 4/5
