What Brandyn Schulist doesn't like about On Route:
On a Saturday morning went in and ordered an egg sandwich from the Tim's, 15 mins later they told me that they had run out of eggs and just gave me an English muffin with cheese in it. When I asked for a refund they told me it was impossible. Avoid unless you feel like testing your patience! View all feedback. What Garnett Doyle likes about On Route:
The OnRoute in Napanee is a nice place to stop on a drive from Downeast to Toronto. We always stop here to grab a Coffee and maybe a snack. The bathrooms are always clean and the food areas are kept clean too. It's really nice to be able to stop and get a coffee, use the bathroom, and grab some gas all in one stop. View all feedback.

read moreONroute offers convenient stops along major Ontario highways. While cleanliness and food options vary, most reviews highlight the cleanliness of the washrooms. The Marketplace and Tim Hortons are popular but pricier choices, with complaints of slow service and misleading packaging. Positive aspects include a variety of fast food options, clean facilities, and accommodating staff. Overall, ONroute provides essential services for travelers but may benefit from improving consistency in cleanliness and customer service.
