Tried it on a recommendation when i was getting my car serviced across the street. No english but miss behind the counter used her phone to translate. Was clean and smelled of pastries which was great!Cuban sandwich was fantastic, price was decent for a lunch sandwich, and bread fresh which was pretty cool. Fries were ok and nothing special but hot and made well.Would say definitely worth stop if your in the neighborho... View all feedback.
What Kareem Ferguson 1 doesn't like about Marta Cuban Bakery:
This place is good. I was surprised to learn once inside that they have more than pastries. They have a full meal menu. The rice and beans plantains (phenomenal)!!!! The pastries that I picked up also hit different (really good). I was very impressed. My overall impression of this joint was good. Pedestrian traffic was low at the time of my visit (late afternoon). Staff was very friendly. View all feedback.
My order was incorrect. I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a sandwich, and I received 2 orders of rice with meat.
Went here twice different months. The pastries were hard and stiff, the place didn't even smell like a bakery. I live nearby always empty, I think it's a money laundering place...just my opinion. Staff were not friendly.
Order a media noche sandwich…it was terrible. The description of the items in their menu definitely does not match the hat they give you. The sandwich was described as Serrano ham, pork, Swiss cheese mustard pickles. For starters it was as definitely not Serrano ham, it was the cheap Fudge ham or oscar myers that you get in the containers. The cheese was more like the Kraft white cheese. There was no pork! I was asked if I wanted mayo and mustard, I told the lady I just wanted mustard she end up putting mayo instead. I guess the only good thing was the pickles. My husband ordered a Papa rellena, it was old and refried. Everything was overpriced as well. They didn’t even had Cuban bread! What kind of Cuban bakery doesn’t have Cuban bread. While we were eating there 3 more people showed up asking for bread and walked on out because they are not selling bread. I don’t know how they have 4.2 stars.

I ordered some pastries and they were fresh and delicious. I will be returning!
