Applebee's Grill - Great Wood

Waited over 10 mins to have drink order taken. Waited another 10mins for drink refill.Food presentation was 0 at best!!!. Never seen or met Mgr. To sum it up just a bad experience coming from a guy who was in the business for many years.

I have always enjoyed this chain of restaurants. If you like chain restaurant food, you will enjoy this one.

It has been 5 years since I was at an Applebee's. Not a whole lot has changed. The atmosphere looks slightly different. If keeping most of it the same works for them, then that is good. The service was good, and the server was very nice. You could tell he liked his job, which made a huge impact on the service.

Winston is hands down the BEST server I've ever had at a restaurant!!!! His personality made our dining experience awesome!! He had us laughing the entire time. The food was really good as well as fresh. He made sure we had everything we needed and more! Request him for the experience! You won't regret it. Give Winston a raise!

Came in around 9 pm on a rainy Friday night, place was dead. My table and 2 others with 2 people were only people in the bar area. Ordered drinks and appetizers. Appetizers came out pretty quickly(10 min). After 25 minutes without the drinks we ordered, we spoke with manager and let him know we weren't being taken care of in the bar and that we were just gonna go somewhere else. He was cool about it and offered us free appetizer next time in and assured it wouldn't happen again. Let us know that he could clearly see bartender wasn't doing her job. Honest opinion, I was ready to have a few drinks and spend some money but took my business elsewhere.
