Decent for a McDonalds. No complaints with the food. Dining room could have been swept and one staff member was watching videos loudly on their phone at a table in the dining room.Parking: The lot is not well cleaned two days after snow. Crispy chicken sandwich was gross. And staff was really loud. Stopped there because I was heading back home from Boston and my husband is diabetic but never again.
The male working the drive thru window, in the mornings, seems to always have an attitude or seems
Food is never right, tastes off and dry compared to the Billerica location. I feel the employees are just not being trained right, Everybody seems motivated and working really hard I just feel like whoever is in the managerial positions there are not doing their job in teaching how they should cook the food.
Dont ask for customized orders. They don't do them quarter pounder raw, asked for extra pickles got none, added tomato to chicken sand got
It's what you expect from McDonald's,this location is good for kids, as they have a play area.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp here should you need one.
