The drive up was not very busy. I asked for the tree piece chicken strips . They told me $6.56 which I thought was high price. But I when ahead with the order. When I finally got my food I drove out of town. When I went to eat it Ionly had two pieces. So I was charged 3.28 for a small piece of chicken strip. Ridiculous! What a ripoff!

NONE.... Hot wings, they changed them and they are tiny and no good.. WHYare they even open?? I like KFC but this has been ridiculous. I think they should just close down and quit teasing people thatthey are here.... you drive along way for sorry, we don 't have any .... for me it 's a 55mile drive 1 way... just bring in aJack in the box or del taco or in and out burgers..... please!!

The order taker in the drive-thru was fast and proficient! And friendly!! Which is a huge bonus!Customer service was above my expectations. The chicken was Hot and still very warm even after I drove 40 minutes home, sobonus!! I dont know who was working tonight but whoever you are, you guys are doing awesome and seriously deserve a raise forhaving to deal with the Rude and complaining city of Great Falls!!!!!!!! Fantastic work ??

We got an 8... read more Used the mobile app and put in our order when we were at home depot. Picked up our order about 30 minutes later and it was a very smooth experience! We got an 8 piece meal, and some additional chicken and a couple of chicken sandwiches. The lady atthe window was very pleasant and helpful. We got everything we ordered and plenty of extras (ketchup, honey, butter, napkins,sporks). The food was all on point, good chicken pieces too! Not the rinky dink small pieces! Best part was everything wasready to go we just had to tell them at the drive through and we pulled around and the lady handed us our food and that wasthat! Took about 2 minutes total! Worth every bit of the money and we will be back again!
