I have a fondness for chickens, just like anyone else, and if they happen to read this, I hope they feel the same! Anyway, I have to say that my experience today was excellent! The staff at the drive-thru was quick, efficient, and friendly—what a great combination! The customer service exceeded my expectations. The chicken was hot and still warm, even after my 40-minute drive home, which is impressive! I'm not sure who worked tonight, but whoever you are, you did an outstanding job dealing with the rude and demanding customers in this busy city. Fantastic work!

Date: October 31, 2022, after 5 PM. The restaurant was not very busy during my visit. I inquired about the three-piece chicken tenders, and they quoted me a price of $6.56, which I thought was quite high. Nonetheless, I decided to go ahead with my order. Once I finally received my food, I drove out of town to enjoy my meal, only to discover that I had received only two pieces instead of three. This meant I ended up paying $3.28 for just one small piece of chicken. What a letdown!

Every time I visit this KFC, which is the only one within many miles, they seem to be out of what I order. I ask for original recipe dark meat—none available. I try to get a chicken pot pie—none there either. I even want hot sauce, and guess what? None. The hot wings have been changed; they’re now tiny and not enjoyable. I really wonder if they are even open consistently. I genuinely like KFC, but this experience was just ridiculous. They should consider closing down if they can't keep their menu stocked. It's frustrating to drive 55 miles just to be told they don't have what I came for. Honestly, they might as well bring in a Jack in the Box, Del Taco, or In-N-Out Burger instead.

Restaurant was clean, food was nice and hot and tasty. It tasted like KFC was supposed to taste like, and not like the terrible stuff we get here in Edmonton that they try to pass off as KFC.
