The atmosphere is great and Great staff. Only reason I give 4 stars is because customer service is the only reason that establishments like The Frontier Inn are in business. Step it up a notch on making sure the customers don 't have to get up from there seat at a machine to ask for another soda, busy or not, high roller or not, customer is a customer. What User dislikes about Frontier Inn:
I’ve been in the casino part many times. The first time I came in when I had a cold and was told they wouldn’t serve me alcohol since I was coughing. Came in again and never got asked for a drink at all while gambling. Worst service ever. View all feedback.
