I stopped to get gas and needed to go inside to prepay since I was using cash. I had to guess how much it would cost because I didn't know the total in advance.... read more I stopped to get gas and needed to go inside to prepay since I was using cash. I had to guess how much it would cost because I didn't know the total in advance. I also intended to grab a drink and a snack while I was there, but the shelves were bare, with no snacks and no drinks in the cooler.

The game room is amazing, and the pizza is really tasty. My only complaint is the noticeable presence of law enforcement. It's common to see a police car parked in the shadows across the street or officers gathered around the CCTV monitors keeping an eye on the customers.

The pizza maker went above and beyond, even bringing my order to my car since I was traveling with my husband, who has a handicap, and our dog. The checkout clerk was also very helpful, providing some paper plates. Two fantastic employees at HUCKS!

I had to watch my slus... read more It’s also disappointing to see employees constantly on their phones, especially when there’s only one customer waiting to be checked out. I had to watch my slushy melt while waiting to pay. One employee was sitting at the cash register, and another refused to leave the cooking chicken to assist a customer. It was clear that the cashier could hear the customer waiting. This used to be a great gas station, but after these experiences, we will be choosing to go to Casey's and Rick's instead. The service has really fallen short.
