Today 12/29/23 at 9:35pm I walked into this location after working this evening. I’m hungry, wanting a sandwich. I walked in and was told by a gentleman sitting down that they were closed. I said to him but they close at 10 and he said I should go ahead and see if they will serve me. I asked the young ladies and said I wanted to get a sandwich and they informed me that they decided to close early, the front doors were still open which means that people were still going to be served and the open sign was still on. As someone who had worked this evening and really wanted a sandwich to be told that I could not get one and it was not 10 o’clock, because upset me . Because of that, I did not have time to get to another location. It would’ve taken nothing from them to just serve me since the front doors were open and I was in there wanting a sandwich. I’m not sure if this is a normal practice with this location but I can tell you this I will not be back. I was told by who I think is the manager on another day that as long as I got in there before 10 I would be served, and as you can see, that’s not the case. I’ve worked customer service for years and if it was me and that situation or this was my establishment I would’ve served the one customer that was in there location. I do not recommend going to this location and I will not be back.

Great customer service by Omar and wade the best subway customer service I have received since I been eating at subway, once again thank you guys so much, my sandwich was awesome .
