The food is tasty, but it is on the expensive side compared to other restaurants. I had an issue with my order once and ended up having to eat it multiple times. The meals are consistently served hot and as fresh as possible, though there are times when the dishes are not made well and the food can be a bit soggy.
I waited 35 minutes in line for cheese curds, and I won't be returning.
We always stop at A&W during our road trips since there are none near our home. Although we had to wait quite a while for our food, it arrived piping hot and delicious. However, the dining area was quite dirty, with ants crawling over tables, indicating they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Additionally, the soda fountain was out of order while we were there; hopefully, that was just a one-time issue.
The food is good, but it's quite pricey compared to other options. I've only had my order messed up once, and I've eaten there multiple times. It's always served hot and fresh (as fresh as it can be), but occasionally they don't drain it well, and the food ends up being a bit soggy.
Service was amazing (only reason it received 3 stars would have been 1 or zero) but we ordered 4 root beer floats that was basically only soda and just a touch of ice cream flavor...almost like they put a spoon full maybe in there.
