I find the choice of starters very boring these days. No chicken/meat options. Starters came out quickly but it took over 45 minutes to get our mains. Didn't bother with desserts for this reason. We only had to w... read more I have had many positive experiences at other branches but this Prezzo is one to avoid. It was busy as it was half term (but it was about 2pm). We only had to wait a few minutes before a woman came to seat us but she was interrupted by a very abrupt man who barked, How many? at us. Everytime she came over, he server kept touching me on the back/shoulder with her hand and I kept moving my body away. I eventually had to ask her to stop after the third time but she still did it to my husband as we were paying. The starters and pasta dishes were fine but my husband 's saltimbocca was very thin and over cooked, the cabbage was wet and floppy and the potato looked like it had been heated in a microwave, not roasted al forno as described in the menu. The sauce was incredibly watery. They did replace this meal but then we didnt get to eat together. A really disappointing experience.
