My granddaughter was treated at the end of her meal with a piece of some delightfully chocolate creation and ice cream while we sang Happy Birthday. We've always had good food, and service there.

I tried to get her back on the ph... read more I called to explain the situation, but the waitress started talking to Suzie and wasn’t accurately relaying what I was saying. I tried to get her back on the phone, but she said, "If you’re going to yell at me, I’m hanging up." I wasn’t yelling; I was just trying to get her attention to resolve the issue. She hung up on me. It gets worse: they began playing childish games, hanging up on me and leaving the phone on the counter to ignore me. Who in their right mind would pay nearly $30 for a plate of eggs? Customer service these days is appalling, and I’m not the only one who has had issues here. This could have been easily resolved if they had just given him the correct order. Do better, please!
