Description
**Restaurant Experience Review: A Mixed Bag at Grayling Taco Bell**
The Grayling Taco Bell experience elicits a rollercoaster of feelings among patrons. While there are glowing remarks about the establishment's cleanliness and friendly staff, several customers report long wait times and disappointing food quality. Instances of cold or improperly prepared meals have raised concerns, particularly when service staff were observed on breaks outside. Additionally, some guests faced confusion regarding orders and pricing, leading to frustrating exchanges at the drive-thru. Despite these setbacks, there's a lingering hope for improvement, as many express a willingness to return for another chance at a better experience.

I had a terrible experience during the night shift on April 13th. I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru without anyone taking my order, and there were no other customers in the store at that time. When I finally decided to leave and go somewhere else, I saw the staff outside taking a smoke break. The customer experience should always come first! The employees working that evening should be let go, and the store manager should be ashamed of their behavior.
For tacos I'd expect not be so hard put together not sloppy mess! ?Doesn't seem like they take extra few minutes to make food at least presentable or able eat. Couldn't even pickup my food eat it!
I hate kiosks, if they want my business, have an employee to take my order and welcome me to your business. I don't care for self ordering and will not patronize businesses that expect me to serve myself. I will go where I feel welcome and
I ordered a $5.00 box and some other menu items (including a medium Baja Blast during happy hour). I thought the total was super pricey and I figured I would ask at the window) When I got to the window after 25 minutes (to be fair I found out they were short staffed) I clarified that we had the $5 box before paying and was told we did. So I had to ask for the receipt. On the receipt , instead of having the $5 box there was a chalupa meal. Also, my medium Baja Blast was $2.49. I asked if it was Happy Hour and they said it was, but I didn 't clarify I wanted the Happy Hour pricing. So I waited for a refund for the chalupa meal and switched it to the $5 box, since they refused to do the drink at $1.00. So then the cashier told me it was $7 something and I went over for the 3rd time a $5 box. Finally, we got the food and they forgot the $2.49 medium Baja Blast that should have been a dollar. I actually had to point it out on the receipt to get it. I have to say I eat at Taco Bell atleast twice a month and this by far was the worst Taco Bell experience!
