Staff are all part of the 'that 's not my job ' attitudeOnly 1 other group in restaurant and pizza stoll took 15 minutes more than we were told it was going to. Terrible dry crunchy pepperoni pizza cost 26 bucks and we left thirsty because staff wouldn 't pour refills, even after we asked 4 times. If you 're going to pizza hut, don 't go to the one in grayling.Kid-friendliness: Staff wouldn 't even try to communicate with 7 year old child when the child repeatedly tried to give order. No respect. Worst service ever
Online website does not work.Tried phoning they said they couldn't put address in. Had to drive to order pickup myself instead of delivery to motel
I meant to post this a few weeks ago but ordered carry out a few times the past few months. Order was always correct, hot, and the worker that we encountered was excellent. He was blond, tall, very helpful, and a super nice guy.
The pizza was terrible. We had carryout. The pizza was not hot and it was dry. It seemed old. We couldn't even taste any sauce. We got our pizza at 11:30 am.
The service at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff seemed inexperienced and struggled to serve a simple pizza. If you're considering ordering from here, I would recommend looking elsewhere to avoid wasting your time.
