Description

Milaad 2 in Gravesend offers a fluctuating culinary experience. While many patrons rave about the delicious food, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere—especially praising dishes like Chicken Tikka Vindaloo, light naan, and well-prepared sides—others have faced significant disappointments. Complaints of poor food quality, delayed deliveries, and unhelpful staff cannot be overlooked. Yet, recent changes seem to have revitalized the establishment's appeal, with returning customers being charmed by the attentive service and delightful dishes. Overall, Milaad 2 appears a place worth exploring, but perhaps with a cautionary note on consistency.

Don't subscribe to their marketing. Even after you unsubscribe, they continue to send text messages. There seems to be no way to stop the unwanted messages.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but I have to be honest - this restaurant was not good. It seemed like the chef wasn't even there that night and they had to get help from someone else. It was a red flag when we were the only ones in the restaurant all night. We were told they had cancellations, but we weren't convinced. The kebab was okay, but the king prawn butterfly was overwhelmed by thick batter. The salad looked like it was thrown together haphazardly. The Butter Chicken tasted like frozen chicken and the sauce was bland. The Sag Paneer was strange and unlike any we've had before. The Mushroom rice was lackluster. The Naan was the only decent thing, even though it was small. We ordered 3 different bottles of wine, but none were available. We asked to take it home to see if someone else would want it.

Since I moved to Gravesend I have tried almost every curry house I can. I have settled on Milaad 2 as my favourite. I particularly like their Chicken Tikka Vindaloo and Coconut rice. Their Sag Paneer is also tasty. They have friendly staff too. Definitely worth trying!
