After waiting for 20 minutes without receiving my food, I asked the person behind the counter about my order. They told me that my order didn't come through. I explained that I didn't have a paper ticket but showed them my bank transaction to prove that they had taken my money. However, they insisted that no money had been taken because the order wasn't on the screen. I showed them my bank statement again, but they asked me to leave as it was a busy time of day and I was wasting their time. I left without getting my food and felt like they had taken my money without giving me anything in return. This place is poorly managed and a complete joke.

When I called to report the issue, the person on the phone blamed the delivery partners and said it was our responsibility to contact them. Despite this, I was left with one child who had food and one without. The only solution provided was a refund from the delivery partner. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience.
