Nestled within CycloPark, Cyclocafe offers a promising blend of fresh Colombian coffee and South American cuisine. Although the menu is diverse and well-priced, patrons frequently encounter service hiccups that detract from the experience. Long wait times and order inaccuracies have been noted, alongside frequent pricing discrepancies for CycloPark members. The café's inviting ambiance is marred by occasionally messy tables and overflowing bins, yet the space boasts ample seating, making it a comfortable spot for relaxation. With improvements in service speed and consistency, Cyclocafe has the potential to become a beloved destination for both locals and visitors alike.

Visited the cyclopark so thought we’d end our time with a drink and cake for us all. We were disappointed. Excellent service, excellent quality and excellent facilities for all including a area for children to play inside. Prices were good considering other coffee shops 3 drinks and 3 cakes £8 impressive. What whistler71 dislikes about Cyclocafe:
The quality of the food and drinks on offer is good, however the service is poor. You always end up waiting for ages as the staff are so slow and when there's an event on the queue stretches out of the door. As a CycloPark member you get 50% off hot drinks, but the staff struggle to work this out, and inevitably they overcharge you! Tables are fairly slow to be cleared resulting in the place looking messy at times. I... View all feedback.

I stopped by this restaurant just for a drink while using the Playpark. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was a lot of options to choose from. The tables were well spaced out both indoors and outdoors. I will definitely be visiting again!

I met some friends for coffee and a catch-up at this restaurant. We had 3 drinks and 3 cakes for only £10, which was a good value compared to other places. There were plenty of tables and the service was friendly and efficient.

Went for a walk on a beautiful Sunday morning and decided to stop in for a coffee. Unfortunately, they got our order wrong at first, and when it finally arrived, the coffee was barely lukewarm. We sat outside and had to deal with overflowing bins from the day before. After finishing, we had to wash our hands but found no soap in the dispensers. Next time, we will try Morrison's cafe instead.

Since the cafe has been refurbished it looks great and has a brilliant menu, only problem is they can't deliver the food. I've had the eggs benedict and eggs portavo and both were disappointing. The eggs portavo was a soggy muffin with like a puree'd avocado instead of smashed avo, a watery giant mushroom with two scraggy hard poached eggs on top then completely covered with hollaindaise sauce which was way too much and ruined the dish. The plate was so small it was hard to eat it and it was just a complete mess on the plate. For £6.95 I could have made it better myself.
