Thia locarion in Gravenhurst was very average. Food was good. Staff were friendly however they were just not interested in providing good service. Just the bare minimum so that they could get back to whatever they were doing. I'm not dosappointed as this is the level of service I expected from this location. Tou come here because you don't have much choice. View all feedback.

Food good. Had no paper plates to eat with?! Tables not wiped off at all. Washroom was filthy and smelled bad. Girl at counter very cold and not very professional. Could barely speak English. Husband standing around doing NOTHING. View all feedback.
Hands down to my surprise the best Pizzahut I have ever tried in my life. Had Pizzahut after 5 months, took pizza of the day it tasted like heaven ?Went to an old pizzahut store in Sudbury same day, but it wasn't even close to Gravenhurst's one. Crew was nice as well.
Lettuce is brown, pizza slid all over wing bites over cooked. Never had this problem before. Very disappointing. No one answered phone. ?
This Pizza Hut's pizzas are always good. We have eaten here many times!
Ordered a pizza take out with extra toppings. The extra cheese was not much extra. Olives were barely there. When a customer orders toppings he would like to see them and taste them as well. Not here. Hopefully this will serve this location as a reminder not to be so cheap. I paid for it!!!
Last two times pizza was terriblePepperoni was off this time and pepperoni was burnt last timeI will not order from this location again terrible food quality
