We had lunch as a family of four and we all enjoyed our meals! Although the schnitzel was our favourite, the Caesar salad was also delicious with their homemade dressing - we even bought some to take home.

It was even more than I expected, for a small restaurant, my brother had the steak, my sister had the open faced roast beef, I had the pecan, cranberry chicken salad. best salad that I ever had, will go back for sure. service was great.

The owner is the cook. There is also a chef who cooks. The food is cooked when it is ordered. The service is personal and excellent.

Thursday night is fish and chips, so we went with fish on our minds. The deep fried fish and chips were great as always and I had the pan fried catfish. nicely done, light and delicate flavor.But more importantly is the home town service that people get there.At a nearby table was a couple with one person in a motorized wheel chair where they sit up very high above the table. Serving staff had used a container turned upside down and covered it with a white cloth to raise the diners plate up about ten inches so that the diner could comfortably enjoy her meal.Those personal touches mean a lot and show how much the owner and staff care about their customers.

This is a regular place for us to go. We have never been dissappointed in any way. The food is hot and fresh, the portions are good and the service is great. Go, it is well worth your time and money.
