Nestled in the charming village of Lain, near Lenzerheide, this gem of a restaurant combines incredible food with warm, homely hospitality in a cozy setting. The Capuns and Cordon Bleu are absolute must-tries—beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and simply superb! Every bite reflects the emphasis on fresh, high-quality, regional ingredients, and the care chef Tobias puts into his cooking. (Love the touch of edible flowers in my capuns!! The ambience is simple yet inviting, with stunning views from the terrace and an atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. The hospitality is second to none—genuinely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. If you're in the Lenzerheide area or just passing through, I cannot recommend Restaurant Schyn enough. It's a culinary experience not to be missed, whether you're a local or a tourist. I’ll definitely be back again soon!
