The fa... read more We booked the beautiful 531 room and it was a dream. My wife spent a lot of time at the spa on our anniversary weekend and it was really worth the money. The facility is also very appealing for us non-golfers. The staff was more than accommodating and well trained. Dinner and the wine shop: great and the Ornellaia 2019 an absolute highlight. The second evening at the Weißen Hirsch was also very, very good. There were Simmental treats for our dog

We stayed at the hotel over New Year 's Eve, primarily to eat at the Es:senz restaurant. The rooms are okay, however, ours was extremely cold and, even with the... read more We stayed at the hotel over New Year 's Eve, primarily to eat at the Es:senz restaurant. The rooms are okay, however, ours was extremely cold and, even with the heating turned all the way up, it didn 't get warm for three days. Breakfast is tasty and has a good selection. The Weißer Hirsch restaurant is good, but far too expensive for what it offers. The spa area is nice, with a good selection of saunas, however, the steam room was broken the entire time for some reasonable cause ? and should be repaired. The service throughout the hotel was friendly but unfortunately incredibly inattentive and disorganized. We were ignored for 20 minutes in the bar area before four different employees asked us if we had already ordered. All in all, the hotel doesn 't meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this type, and therefore the price-performance ratio is not right.
